AEO / GEO
A clearer presence in AI search.
AEO and GEO services for AI search optimization: strengthen the evidence behind your offer and assess answer accuracy, citations and the customer actions that follow.
Contact usOVERVIEW
Our AEO and GEO work examines the explanations and evidence customers encounter in AI search. A brand mention can still contain an unavailable feature or the wrong location. We improve the accuracy and accessibility of the information customers can consult before making their next decision.
International customers finding a service in Korea and US buyers comparing products ask different questions. We review agreed platforms, including Google AI search features and ChatGPT search, against those questions and compare cited sources with official information. Content and technical improvements are coordinated with existing SEO work.
Start with the questions customers actually ask.
We separate branded questions from the questions people ask before they know your business. A visitor comparing services in Korea may specify language, dates, and location. A US software buyer may specify a workflow, integration, and cost constraint.
We build a prioritized question set from customer inquiries, search research, and relevant community discussions. We record the language, date, search experience, and cited sources. Keeping the question set consistent matters more than finding isolated examples that present the brand favorably.
Priority questions are repeated under comparable conditions. We distinguish questions that name the brand from open discovery questions, and fresh conversations from those with prior context. A fixed comparison set remains separate from exploratory questions. Changes to the question set or conditions are recorded so a single answer is not mistaken for a market-wide trend.
Assess accuracy as well as presence.
A mention is not necessarily a useful recommendation. An answer that describes an unavailable feature or confuses two locations creates a different problem. We examine the source material and check the explanation against current pricing, service scope, and support.
Your official page may also be cited without a prominent brand mention. We track mentions, source citations, and factual errors separately, then prioritize the questions with the clearest business relevance.
For each observation, we record the platform and mode, language and location conditions, time, response, and cited URLs. We also read the sources: the presence of a citation does not establish that it supports the claim beside it.
| Observation | Further check | Implication |
|---|---|---|
| No brand mention | Question relevance and cited sources | Review gaps in relevant official explanations and evidence |
| Wrong feature or location | Cited text and current operating facts | Prioritize correction at the source |
| Citations with limited referrals | Citation context and reporting coverage | Assess customer behavior before labeling a visibility failure |
| A single appearance or omission | Repeated observations under comparable conditions | Avoid declaring a trend from one response |
Make the official information worth consulting.
We confirm the offer, terms, basis of pricing, and operating process with the people responsible for them. Comparison content should explain suitability and limitations. Planned capabilities and unverified outcomes should not read as established facts.
We develop the experience and judgment the business can explain first-hand: the circumstances behind a decision, the alternatives considered and the limits of the evidence. Publishable cases retain their measurement period and scope. Analytical assumptions remain distinct from observed results.
Each content brief names the claim, source material, target page, reviewer and next customer action. We produce or revise the agreed page copy, comparisons and FAQs, then check facts and sources. Internal links give readers access to the case evidence and analysis supporting the service explanation.
Distinguish the access rules of each platform.
Google Search, ChatGPT search, and Microsoft AI search are separate services. We review access, indexing, and relevant controls against the published guidance for each. Search discovery and permission for model training are separate decisions.
Google AI search uses the existing Search foundations. We check indexing, snippet eligibility and the Search Console control for inclusion in generative AI features. Structured data is reviewed against the visible page; a special schema for AI inclusion is not treated as a requirement.
Review how the business is described elsewhere.
Correct information on the official site can coexist with outdated map listings, partner pages, product descriptions, or profiles. We identify the external sources that matter, document discrepancies, and distinguish changes you control from those requiring another publisher.
When the work connects with Digital PR, participation should be useful and transparent. Fabricated customer reviews or undisclosed promotional identities undermine the trust the work is meant to build.
Connect visibility with customer response.
A defined question sample and a platform report answer different questions. Sampled responses describe that sample, not the entire market. Official tools also cover different platforms and units of measurement; their figures should not be combined into an invented universal score.
The Search Console generative AI performance report provides impressions from AI Overviews and AI Mode by dimensions such as page, country and device. It is not a record of every customer question or every brand mention. We keep it separate from sampled answer observations and do not add overlapping figures to the standard Search report.
We examine identifiable referral traffic, qualified inquiries, and subsequent bookings, purchases, or contracts. We do not attribute all unassigned traffic to AI. Where measurement is incomplete, we state the limitation and improve the connection between information quality and observable customer action.

Common questions
No. We analyze questions and sources, improve access and information quality, and report verifiable changes. Inclusion in a particular answer remains outside our control.
Google’s generative search features use the existing SEO foundations. AEO and GEO add examination of customer questions, cited sources and the accuracy of brand descriptions across the agreed platforms. A technical fix or content revision for the same URL is managed once, with additional answer observation scoped separately.
We separate accuracy within the question sample, official impressions, identifiable referrals and qualified inquiries. The sample is not total market share, and Google’s AI impression report does not establish the origin of an individual inquiry. Reports distinguish observable connections from gaps.
Google Search does not use llms.txt or require an ideal passage length or special schema for AI inclusion. Clear structure and useful evidence come first. Requirements for another service are checked against that service’s published guidance.
