Growing your business, together.

How Growly approaches marketing

We connect performance across advertising, search, content and websites with the business behind them. Our name reflects a simple commitment: to grow alongside our clients.

About Growly

Putting marketing into action. Finding the next opportunity.

US-based Google Partner

Growly is a US-based cross-border marketing agency. International customer acquisition in Korea and US market entry are our two core areas of work. We connect search, advertising, content and websites with inquiries, bookings and revenue.

A clinic needs more international bookings. A beauty business needs customers who fit its brand. A SaaS company or platform needs to reach customers in the US. The commercial situations differ, but the standard is consistent: understand the intended outcome and deliver the service around it.

We connect campaign response with business outcomes. Which markets and acquisition sources lead to revenue? What information helps a customer decide? The findings inform search, advertising, content and website improvements, and the results are discussed with the client.

Marketing across Korea and the US requires more than translation. We examine how international customers plan visits and evaluate businesses in Korea, and how customers in the US compare offers and make purchases. Those differences inform audience selection, messaging and acquisition strategy.

LOCAL MARKET UNDERSTANDING

Marketing that reflects how customers search and choose.

When reaching international customers in Korea, we consider what they already know about the country and the practicalities of visiting. In the US, we consider the products and services customers already use and how they are accustomed to buying.

On Google, we examine the language customers use alongside the results they see. We check whether product names and descriptions familiar to customers in Korea carry the intended meaning in the target market, and which alternatives customers compare. Those findings inform keywords, ads and website copy.

On Reddit, the community’s focus, rules and conversations inform where and how we participate. We provide explanations and evidence relevant to the question, with clear disclosure of our relationship to the brand. We then review traffic, inquiries and purchase behavior to guide improvements.

A COMMERCIAL PERSPECTIVE

Performance needs commercial context.

The market that sends the most visitors is not necessarily the one that generates the most revenue. An offering that attracts the most inquiries may not be the best fit for the business’s margins, brand or capacity.

As we run campaigns, improve search visibility and develop content, we examine acquisition sources, customer behavior, revenue by offering and acquisition costs. We discuss what the data cannot explain with the client. The findings guide changes to targeting, messaging and budget allocation. If we recommend additional work, we explain why and agree the scope.

EXPERTISE AT GROWLY

Commercial judgment. Specialist execution.

growly brings commercial judgment and specialist execution together. A data analytics specialist with formal training in the field, an SEO expert with ten years of experience and a web development team lead their respective disciplines. PR is led by a US-based specialist who shapes brand messaging and engagement around local language, culture, media and community expectations.

Our specialists work toward the same client objective. Findings from analysis inform search and advertising, while content and website development carry the message through to the customer experience. The people involved in each engagement share their reasoning and results, refining the details of the service the client has entrusted to us.

Growly’s approach draws on its founder’s M&A and consulting experience at a global Big Four firm, alongside his background in data analysis. His US CPA qualification and M.S. in Management of Technology from New York University, with a concentration in Data Analytics, support the firm’s financial and analytical work. We apply that experience to understanding revenue sources and customer acquisition costs, then use the findings to guide targeting, budgets and execution priorities.

HOW OUR EXPERTISE COMES TOGETHER

Distinct expertise. A shared client objective.

We bring the relevant specialists together around the service and objectives you entrust to us. Findings inform content, search and website improvements, while the response to that work informs the next round of analysis.

Data Analytics

Evidence for the next decision.

A specialist with academic training in data analytics examines acquisition, inquiries and purchases by market and channel. Acquisition costs and performance by offering inform where attention and investment can be most useful.

Local PR

A message that makes sense locally.

Our US-based PR specialist considers customer language, culture, media and community context. The story and its supporting evidence are developed so the brand has something relevant and credible to contribute.

SEO

Search intent and technical depth.

Our SEO expert brings ten years of experience to evaluating search intent, competing results and the technical condition of a site. That judgment informs content priorities, page structure and the foundations that help search and AI systems understand the business.

Web Development

A website that delivers on the strategy.

Our web development team carries the promise made in search and advertising through to the site. Page speed, mobile usability, inquiry and purchase flows, and measurement all receive attention as part of that experience.

From a finding to a practical improvement.

If traffic grows but inquiries remain low, we examine the available data to see where visitors drop off. PR and SEO specialists consider what information would help customers decide, and developers reflect those changes in the pages and inquiry flow. The specialists relevant to the engagement work on the same problem, then review what changed.

The standards behind our work.

01

Define the objective and scope.

We agree the intended outcome and responsibilities for the service, along with the information and criteria needed to assess performance.

02

Explain what informs the work.

We show which customers respond and where results come from, distinguishing evidence from assumptions that need further testing.

03

Verify the quality of the work.

We check whether the work communicates what it should and helps the customer take the next step. We review delivery in practice and use what we learn to improve the work.

04

Discuss progress and unresolved issues.

We report improvements alongside the problems that remain. Clients should understand the results and what they mean for the next decision.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

A sound strategy should be clear to the client.

A report should explain what changed, why it matters and what happens next. We consider that conversation part of the work.

We also listen to what clients are seeing in their business. Combining the data with operational experience gives both sides a firmer basis for the next decision.
